Property Rules

No outdoor music at any volume.

Indoor music must not be audible beyond the property line.

Quiet hours for outdoor amenities/activities are 10 PM to 8 AM.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the condo and on the outside patio areas.

Tenants will be charged a $250 fee for violation of this policy.

Desert Princess allows a maximum occupancy of 8 guests during the day, and 4 guests for overnight stays.

Be sure to observe all posted speed limits as they are strictly enforced within the community. 

Parking is allowed in the area in front of the condos and along Natoma. 

Please avoid all red curbs and fire lanes.

Any fines or penalties incurred by the tenant or their guests will be charged to the tenant and must be resolved immediately.

Desert Princess Patrol Services can issue a $200 fee for noise complaints requiring police or hotline calls, charged to the tenant.

Pets are welcome with an additional deposit. 

Pets must be on leash anywhere outside of the condo.

Please pick up after your pet immediately.
